Anna Rauferová
The alaFo collection is a contemporary collection of hand-blown Christmas ornaments that draws on memories, nature and the glassmaking tradition. Anna Rauferová works with the moment of association and unconscious affect – she does not concretize the forms, but on the contrary removes the omnipresent literalism of Christmas. The collection was created in Jablonec nad Nisou, a town with a rich history of glass ornament production.
