Natalie Nepovim

The Exuviae analyses the relationship between a body and a garment. It cultivates a complex perspective on the relationship between a naked and a clothed body. Balancing on the verge of speculative design, it examines the situation of undressing and changing garments. It poses the question of what happens when we undress and remove each layer of our clothing. In its essence, a garment forms a body and in a parallel manner, a body forms a garment. Nevertheless, for how long can the garment itself maintain the shape of the body after undressing? The Exuviae is a fashion art project and an open study.
