Kateřina Houbová
Kateřina Houbová is a graduate of the glass studio at Faculty of Art and Design at UJEP, the ceramics design studio at the Kunsthochschule Burg Giebichenstein and K.O.V. studio at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design. Kateřina focuses on the contemplative practice of slowing down and creating rituals that often use food, herbs, their symbolism and abilities. These tendencies materialize in objects that often employ traditional and ephemeral materials.
