Ramona Salo
The collection "I have made soup of all kinds of stock" is part of an ongoing life project "The Sami Half Hour". This project examines what it means to be indigenous today, to be rooted, but at the same time to be traveling. My work as a fashion designer is based on my own sámi roots, and I make travel clothes that are inspired by landscapes. I view my clothes as art that conveys stories.
